Looking for a winter rental for skiing or snowmobiling? Downhill skiing less than30 minutes away at Pleasant Mountain in Bridgton, Maine or 30 minutes from North Conway New Hampshire. Snowmobiling outside your door once the lake freezes, usually by January. We are now offering 50% monthly discounts for January, February and March, 28 day minimum.
Winter can be beautiful in Maine on the lake.
.A GREAT PLACE ANY SEASON OF THE YEAR! Quiet Spring get away from it all! Perfect summer retreat with a large deck overlooking the sandy beach. Fall foliage at its best and the largest county fair in Fryeburg Maine only 15 miles away. Winter Wonderland with ice fishing outside your door and skiing nearby. Only a half hour from North Conway, NH.
A beautiful lakefront location for your family and friends to enjoy any season of the year. It is large enough to accommodate two families, your family reunion, or special occasion for an additional event fee.
The main living area inlcudes a fully stocked and remodeled kitchen, living room opens onto the large deck includes a pellet stove and TV, air conditioned master bedroom with king bed also opens onto the large deck, spa bathroom with deep tub for soaking (please note the jets no longer work) and separate shower, loft area with separate bedroom with double bed.
Please Note: There are spiral staircases to go up to the loft bedroom and down to the lower level. They can be dangerous for young children. You may bring a gate to attach with zip ties to the metal railing.
The lower level comprises of a large family room which inlcudes a seating area, large screen TV/DVD, bar and pool table. TV has Netflix so sign into your account. There is a common area with a foosball table and additional sleeping space on futon for two. Also downstairs is a full bathroom with a large shower only and a bunk room with a bunk bed set, two additional twins and one double bed. There is an additional refrigerator on this level. Walk out to the private beach area.
There are two lock out areas, one of the closets in the master bedroom and the furnace room downstairs. These areas are off limits, as well as the garage.
The washer and dryer are not available to daily/weekly renters because of our septic system. There is a laundromat only 4 miles away on Main St. in the village of Brownfield.
