Celebrate birthday parties, graduations, weddings, bachelorette parties, dinner rehearsals, bonfire parties, family reunions or any special event at the Wyckoff Farm located in Middletown, Ohio.
Our unique property offers 37 acres of fun, riding 4-wheelers, swimming in the heated pool, decorative bonfire pit, and gorgeous extended patio for your special event! We also have horses! Let us know if you’d like horse riding lessons! This would be an additional fee.
This Farm is for daytime bookings only from:
M-F: 2PM-9PM
Saturday: 11am-10pm
Sunday: 12pm-9pm

The farmhouse is 200 years old with recent dining and living room additions. Enjoy floor to ceiling windows in the living room and a luxurious, extended patio with our in-ground heated pool. 1-2 hosts will be on site to assist with accommodations and provide instruction.
Guest access:
Guests will have access to all outdoor amenities, main living room, bridal suite, groom suite, refrigerator/microwave, kitchenette and restroom. The property can hold up to 50-70 guests for outdoor events and parties. One adult 4-wheeler, one youth 4-wheeler and mini bike is available for use. Gas is provided on site. The farm does have 7 horses, but please stay out of their fenced pasture. Please grab a host if you want to pet or ride the horses!
During your event:
1-2 hosts will be on site to assist with accomodations and provide instruction. If you have questions, we are readily available. This is our residence and is a working farm with horses.

The property can hold up to 50-100 guests for outdoor events and parties. Parking is free and will be directed on arrival. You may rent the land for elopements, birthday parties, graduations, weddings, bachelor parties, bonfire parties, family reunions or any special event.
