Summary: Windbreak Hotel was OK and fine for the price. Things to note: Rooms are on 2nd floor; no elevator Rooms are clean & comfortable, but spartan. No frig, no microwave, desk chair & desk & bed. No deadbolt or safety latch. !!!Bring earplugs; music is ON in the bar below the rooms even when there are no bar patrons. No daily room svc (ok w. me). Hallway carpeting is dirty. Scent emiting things in hallway are obnoxious. No obvious way to check out early (bfr bar opens).
