It sits on a fenced in yard and is a short 6.5 mile drive to Honeymoon Island Beach & Dunedin causeway. Location is convenient for shopping, dining and offers several entertainment options. Tampa downtown and clearwater beach is just 30 mins away. "Dunbridge House" sleeps eight comfortably and is stocked with towels, sheets and four tvs. What I love is both the privacy and the location how close it is to everything. FULLY equipped kitchen; microwave, dishwasher, 4 slot toaster, cook top stove-oven, and blender. The house has an indoor game room with pool table, games, puzzles and dart board. Lots of attractions and restaurants close by. You can stretch out in your King size Master bed w/ private bath. 2nd Bed Queen w/pillow top & 3rd Bed has a bunkbed which provide lots of sleeping choices. Roku TV, Fire TV & Spectrum internet. Living room, Master and Queen bed each have own tv. Outside covered/screened patio also has tv. Free WiFi. Surveillance camera in front of garage and by the walkway to the house are used for property safety.
