A lot of different types of people live in East Nashville, but expect to see mostly young, hip adults and families at the local spots. There are all types of properties including houses, townhouses, duplexes and small apartments. Walking from East Nashville to the other areas in Nashville is a bit too far, so be prepared for a short Uber ride to Broadway, Downtown and the other amazing neighborhoods of Nashville."

Please understand that this home is not in a suburb, but a diverse, thriving urban residential neighborhood with new homes along side some older ones. Many families enjoy living here. You may see people from all socioeconomic demographics. The homes here are maintained fairly well, but this is not a high end suburban neighborhood with an HOA.
