Summary: I had an issue and was forced to live in this hotel for the month of February. The hotel is dirty and unkempt as you can see in my pictures, the hallways always smell like cigarettes and other substances. The rooms are not bad but the appliances are old and rusty. However, the WORST thing about this place is its the CUSTUMER SERVICE. After the second week I had an extreme noise problem that occurred after midnight in the adjacent room. I reported it and after a week the employees at the reception offered me to room to switch. After asking for permission at my work and having packed everything, in a rude and contemptuous manner they told me that I could not move, that the only option I had was to make the report at the time of the disturbance, and when any member of the staff go and VERIFIED that there was noisy, they would let me know if I was authorized the change or not. I informed them that there was no telephone in my room and they told me that there was one phone at the entrance to the hotel, so I can go out of my room when the noise initiated and dial 500 from there, in that way any of the staff members can go and verify it. Please don't go there, don't waste your money and time. The worse service I ever had.
