In an area of the Yucatan Riviera, 10 minutes from Puerto Progreso, 5 from the town of Chicxulub Puerto, 30 minutes from Merida you will find this house with a large private beach, in a residential area so it is very safe, quiet and pleasant
Two floors:
4 bedrooms with air conditioning, (two bedrooms are on the ground floor)
3 bathrooms (2 upstairs and 1 downstairs) all with hot water
Kitchen with 6-burner stove and oven, duplex refrigerator, microwave, electric oven and fully equipped with appliances, dishes, glasses, cutlery, etc.
Living room and dining room with a view of the beach as well as the 4 bedrooms
The entire house has fans, and is also very ventilated and naturally lit
It has a terrace on the upper floor and also on the ground floor.
There are hammocks throughout the house

Lo más importante para nosotros es que cuiden y respete la casa como si fuera suya, que cuiden la propiedad dentro pero también fuera, ya que somos respetuosos de la naturaleza, conservamos lo más posible nuestros mangles y los animalitos que habitan en ellos y en las playas.
Reglas normales de uso de alberca, y para eso dejamos un escrito de Bienvenidos y algunas peticiones para que su estancia sea cómoda relajada.
No es rentada para ningún tipo de fiesta.
Por favor, preguntar por la recolecta de basura, la cual por ningun motivo de debe dejar dentro de la casa yq que hay contenedores especiales para eso en el exterior.
Los aires acondicionados son Exclusivamente para uso en las recamaras, no climatizan toda la casa. Si sobrepasan el numero de 25 Kw por día se cobrará el servicio extra.a $7.00 por kw
Esto es para evitar que hagan mal uso de los aires acondicionados. Si se ocupan de manera correcta no tendrán costo extra.
