The Harmony Designer Home was recently refurbished with ALL the latest amenities any guest would expect. The space is a great private home with an open floor plan design connecting the kitchen, dining and living areas. The home has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a backyard patio

Security Camera Disclosure: In order to protect the property, there is a security camera in front of the property.
Please make sure to let the Host know in advance when you want to bring any pets into the home. There is an additional $15 pet fee charged, per day. While pets are allowed at this house, we ask that you please keep them off the beds and furniture and any pet messes left in the backyard are picked up and disposed of properly.
Additional house rules and fees: Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. Unauthorized house parties are strictly prohibited. If we find the guest has hosted an unauthorized party, a fee will be applied as well as any additional cleaning fees from our cleaners.
If you would like to have any additional guests over to the house please contact us first. Smoking anywhere on the premises (indoor/outdoor) is strictly prohibited. If we find that a guest has been smoking on the premises a $200 fee will be applied as well as any additional cleaning fees from our cleaners.
Four vehicle maximum.
Let us know if you need early check-in or late check-out and we will try and accommodate if we can. Lost items - While we are not responsible for guests personal belongings, we will certainly do our best to try and return lost items to their owners.
