This is a spacious 2-bedroom suite, which can easily accommodate 2 couples or a family of 4. This suite is on the 10th floor with an unbelievable view of Sandy Beach and the Sea of Cortez. The master bedroom has taupe walls with delicate hand-painted falling leaf designs above the bed with the terrace overlooking the beach. The king-size bed has a blue comforter and a dark wood frame. There are two nightstands next to the bed and a large dresser across from the bed with a large flat screen TV and cable. The closet has mirrored sliding doors. The master bath has a shower and a deep enclosed Jacuzzi bathtub. The counter tops are marble and the vanity has a double sink with large mirrors and plenty of light. You can enjoy the night by opening the terrace doors and listening to the gentle sounds of the sea while enjoying the light breeze. In the guest bedroom you will find a queen size bed where two adults can be accommodate, In the hallway is a laundry room complete with washer and dryer and plenty of storage space. The living room and dining room are decorated with beautiful Asian rugs , and a gorgeous large gray sectional. Across from that is an entertainment center with a large flat-screen TV and cable. You can also enjoy the beautiful art on the walls and feel like a king. There is a dining area that seats 6 for those wonderful "fresh" catch of the day dinners. The kitchen is wonderful and fully equipped. The appliances are stainless steel and counter tops are beautiful granite. The terrace is the place to be with fabulous views of the shopping area "Malecon". This is where you can truly enjoy the sights and sounds of Rocky Point. Whether it is early morning sipping a cup of coffee or a late afternoon watching the unbelievable sunsets. The terrace has a wet bar, glass top wrought iron table with 4 chairs and 2 chaise loungers and also a sofa and love seat to enjoy the views. You will be very delighted with your stay at this condo. There is a designated area on the 3rd floor for the use of charcoal grills and a playground for small children. (Charcoal is not included, for sale at the convenience store).
