Safety is important, the neighborhood offers 24/7 video license plate monitoring located at the entrance and exit of the neighborhood.
The primary suite and living room both have 65" Tv's and the game room has 70"tv all are smartTVs that you'd have to use your own streamiming accounts for various apps. You may bring your gaming console or DVD player for your enjoyment.

Please load dirty dishes in the dishwasher at the end of your stay and start it, guests must clean up after themselves. If you use the Grill, you must clean it after use.

No hair dye, tie dye, henna tattooing, henna hair conditioner or color hair products should be used on property.
