The Space:
Modern building in NULU. True loft living with functional wide open floor plan and 10 foot ceilings. Carbonized bamboo flooring throughout...Kitchen has stainless steel Bosch appliances and granite countertops. The back veranda has over 150 square feet. Secure building with detached garage space. Extra storage in outdoor closet and detached garage.
We use a noise monitoring device; It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply listens to the noise level (measured in decibels).
The house is comprised of three unique spaces connected by an interior staircase. Each floor can be an independent space, equipped with kitchen, living and dining areas.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire house, private backyard, and three-car garage for off street parking, accessible via the rear alley. No space is off limits.

The Neighborhood:
Butchertown and NuLu are THE happening spots in Louisville. We are walking distance to downtown museums, Slugger field, waterfront park, the pedestrian bridge, the skate park, and a plethora of shops and restaurants. The list of dining options is expansive and varied. You will find everything from a delicious handmade muffin at Please and Thank You to a decadent 3 course meal at Butchertown Grocery. There are intriguing shops and galleries on Market street and scattered throughout the neighborhood. The free trolley picks up passengers a block away and ubers and cabs can be called at all hours. Our favorite thing about this neighborhood are the warm neighbors, business owners, service providers and shop keepers that call Butchertown home.
Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are available nearly 24/7 and can take you anywhere in the city. Most destinations can be reached in 15 minutes or less.
Other Things to Note:
You will be renting an entire house. Unlike a hotel, no one is on-site 24/7. If problems arise, we do our best to take action ASAP. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you need anything at all.
Our kitchens are well-equipped to prepare meals and feature all cookware and dining utensils. Basics, such as salt, pepper, and oil, are often on-site. However, we are not always made aware when the last of these items are used. Please check the space before going to the grocery to ensure you have all items necessary for meal preparation.
