Behind our doors awaits a one of a kind experience for your special event or gathering. Whether you are getting married at one of the gorgeous venues in the area, would like to host an intimate social gathering on site, or need to rent a space to gather people from various locations, the Historic Granite House is here to accommodate. This property is available for rentals up to a maximum of one week for 12 overnight guests and 24 seated dinner guests. We have ample parking for a total maximum of 30 guests on the property.
We do not offer longer term rentals.

Originally built in 1877, the Granite House is a private house set on 8.5 acres of grandeur in the historic Jordan Village portion of Waterford, Connecticut.
