The Neighborhood:
Zona Centro is a very well located area in Tijuana (Baja California) and ideal for those who want to enjoy the “Mexican Fiesta”.
You´ll find tacos stands, seafood and international restaurants everywhere you look. Salvador Diaz Miron is close to many shopping malls and public parks.
But the best part is its proximity to Avenida Revolución.
Revolucion's main symbol is the Monumental Arch, which can be seen from the other side of the international border. You will find a lot of tourist attractions and activities, beautiful artisan gifts and souvenir shops, as well as a wide variety of delicious cuisine. Likewise, lots of partying and fun for the whole family and also for adults. Many places to dance, sing and, in general, have a great time with your friends.
Getting Around:
You will be within walking distance to the famous Avenida Revolución with its souvenir shops, cantinas, restaurants and nightclubs.
Take a taxi to Parque 18 de Marzo in case you want to take a well deserved break for fresh air (10 minutes approx). If you want to go shopping, drive or take a safe taxi/uber to Plaza Comercial Santa Cecilia.
If you are coming from San Diego or looking to cross over, both borders (San Ysidro and Otay) are very close.
