2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed, large closets, individual air conditioning and a balcony overlooking the city. The second bedroom, adjacent to the living room has 2 single beds, large closets, individual air conditioning and a balcony overlooking the Plaza de Chueca.

Cozy living room with balconies to the Plaza de Chueca, that create a great atmosphere and provide plenty of light. It has a comfortable sofa, plasma TV, DVD and a wide IPhone charger plug speaker. The dining table hosts four people.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking (pans, pots, cutlery, etc.) Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, juicer, kettle, toaster and Nespresso machine. All in perfect condition. The kitchen is separated from the living room by a tempered glass door that divides the two environments.

Chueca neighborhood is known for its narrow streets full of bars, restaurants and shops, and for its active day and night life. The neighborhood is in constant development, on rehabilitation of buildings, shops and restaurants. This whole process of change coexists with the rest of traditional Madrid. It is considered an emblematic neighborhood of Madrid by tourists that visit the city.
50 meters away is the famous Mercado de San Anton, and just 10 minutes walking, you reach Gran Via street of Madrid. Perfect location to do without public transportation as by pleasant walks you can travel the historic Madrid.
During the celebrations of the Pride of Madrid, these balconies become exclusive boxes where you can enjoy the festivities from a prime location.
If you are concerned by noises of a such a busy area like Chueca do not worry because the apartment is soundproofed abroad.

Airport Madrid - Chueca: Line 8 to Nuevos Ministerios, we make transfer to line 10 to Alonso Martínez stop and perform other transfer to line 5 to Chueca. The approximate time of this journey are about 35 to 40 minutes.
Atocha train station - Chueca line 1 to Gran Vía, we make transfer to line 5 to Chueca. Approximate journey time: 15 minutes.
