This is a great house for a large family vacation. It can sleep 14 people. The large kitchen with dining area has a five burner propane stove with griddle . This is a fully stocked kitchen with temptation dishes. Lobster pot and crackers.Two frying pans full set of quality pots and pans. Bread pans, pizza pans, measuring, spoons, handmixer, salt, pepper, and olive oil, and other spices may be provided at your request . There is two bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs with a jetted tub.One of the bedrooms upstairs has a queen bed and a full bed. The other upstairs bedroom has two twin beds and a youth bed . We do have a play yard and an umbrella stroller for your use. Downstairs There are two living rooms and two kitchens. One of the living rooms has Three day beds. Two of the day beds have trundles under them. This room has a small attached kitchenette and a 55inch television. It has Patio doors leading to a large private deck! There are televisions in all of the bedrooms. The downstairs bedrooms each have king-size beds. The downstairs bathroom has a 6 foot whirlpool tub as well as a separate shower. The second living room has access to the screen porch that goes to the the second deck that leads to the private backyard where the pool and the fire pit are. The host provides the firewood and enjoys having a campfire ready for you. There is a propane grill on the back deck.
Other things to note
This is a quiet rural neighborhood with the ocean nearby. It is about a 10 minute walk to the ocean where there is beautiful Jellison Cove that is open to the public. There are some great restaurants in the area. The Crocker House, Ironbound restaurant, chippers restaurant, Ruth and Wimpys seafood restaurant, Yu take out. The house is equipped with everything to cook your own lobsters and instructions on how to do so.
