This Mallorcan-style house, with exposed beams, is distributed on a single floor, has three bedrooms, a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a living-dining room and an excellent terrace with direct access to the pedestrian walkway next to the beach.
The house is very cozy and has all the comforts to make your vacation unforgettable.

At the entrance we find a small interior patio that gives us access to the kitchen and the bathroom, after this area we access the main area of ​​the house governed by a large dining area with a table for 6 people and a living area with 2 comfortable sofas. On both sides of the living room we have the bedrooms, two of them with a double bed and the other with 2 bunk beds. Next to the living room there is a bright window with access to the outdoor terrace where we also have a table to enjoy breakfast or dinner while enjoying the soft sea breeze that the sea located a few meters away gives us.
Among other things, the house has air conditioning in the living room, enough to be comfortable in the hottest months, internet and Smart TV.
