The guesthouse Can Toni is separate from the main building / common courtyard, just let it all hang out.
In the front you can start on the terrace comfortably the day, evening barbecue, enjoy the quiet country life with a glass of wine and watch the beautiful starry sky.

The kitchen / dining room (stove, coffee maker, refrigerator, cooking utensils) and the adjoining bedchamber at the front of the apartments are equipped with air conditioning. There is also a shower room with WC.
In the back of the guest house you will find another bedroom with its own access, but with connecting door for the first bedchamber and a private terrace. This bedroom is also equipped with air conditioning.
A barbecue is available for shared use, as is the swimming pool.
Bed linen, towels, water, electricity, gas and internet are included in the price.
For the colder months there is a wood stove available. The wood and gas bottles for a gas stove are to be purchased by the renter in the winter itself. For heating with the air conditioning we charge 5 € / day plus.
Optionally you can book breakfast. The final cleaning (75 €) is to be paid locally.

About the Finca Can Corem Agroturismo Campos:
Nestling in idyllic countryside, the Finca Can Corem is located in the southeast of Mallorca, about 12 km from Es Trenc beach. "Can Corem" has existed since 1789 and has been awarded Agrotourism title in 2015.
The typical Mallorcan finca built in 1789 in the countryside was renovated so that the originality of the Mallorcan architecture was not lost. Consciously, modern accents have been omitted so as not to alter the original character of the finca. Nevertheless, all the amenities of today are available.
The authentic finca is surrounded by a wonderful Mallorcan landscape, which invites to walks and hikes. Children are welcome here and can move freely on the large area and the surrounding area. A large swimming pool refreshes during the summer months. We would like to take this opportunity, you will swim with us in a very typical Majorcan "Sefreix". The large fincas have all water catchment basins and ours is provided with a filter system, which ensures that there is no algae formation.
You can enjoy the cozy evenings on the terrace by candlelight, while the horses are breathing, the sheep are babbling or one or the other dog is commenting on the passing of a not yet sleeping mosquito.
It does not matter if you want to enjoy peace and quiet in your holiday home or if you want to participate in the cozy Finca life - with us you are right!
There are several apartments and double rooms on the Finca Can Corem, as well as a large function room. It offers space for wedding or birthday parties, seminars, yoga retreats, workshops or other events. (up to 70 people)
The function room with music system, stage light, kitchen-also for caterer, terrace, shower & WC can be rented separately.
The Finca Can Corem opens its doors especially for people who love to stay in the Mallorcan hinterland. Families, couples, as well as seminars, groups and all Landurlaubliebhaber are welcome.
By the way, since 1789 Can Corem means "house with heart" - and we feel very much attached to this name.
