Set on 3.75 acres, there's plenty of elbow room here and occupants can enjoy active pursuits of horseshoes and other lawn games, or choose to dream away an afternoon on the lawn overlooking the cove. Steps lead down a steep embankment to a rocky, tidal beach, great to explore at low tide.
Single-level floor plan contains laundry area, full bath, eat-in kitchen, living room and two bedrooms. Shed holds various lawn games and toys.
A 16 mile drive in one direction will access the attractions of Bar Harbor and the outdoor activities of Acadia National Park. Or, in the other direction, access the movie theaters, stores, and restaurants in the larger metropolis of Ellsworth. A great place to relax!
