* ON CERTAIN LOW SEASONS, I COULD RENT MY CONDO AS A TWO OR LIKE IT IS A THREE BEDROOM.
* MY CONDO HAS N O ACCESS TO VIDANTA
* MY CONDO IS A FULL OWNERSHIP BUILDING, IT IS NOT A TIME SHARE OR WHATEVER OTHER HIDDEN NAME YOU WANT TO CALL IT.
* Building has onsite residential size gym, and TV / Bar room, for sport events, etc.
*Grand Mayan / Vidanta Golf Club is within walking distance. ( you have to call them or contact them direct for rates etc.
I DO NOT have any type of deals or membership access for it ). My recomendation is: to play somewhere else as it is better you get better price to play in the other nearby courses such as El Tigre, Flamingos, Litibu, Marina Vallarta or even Vista Courses.

Lobby with bilingual concierge/administrator, lobby has WI FI internet, free of charge. Also there is WI FI available at pool and you can get access to network from the patio of condo. so you can work on your computer while watching the beautiful view and beach scenery.
