Beautiful newly remodeled Beachfront Home, 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms, 4 levels - 3 of which have outdoor patios, beautifully furnished/decorated up to U. S. Standards! Level one has a garage (facilitates 2 mid-size cars), and a bedroom with a full size bed, a bathroom and a front-loading washer/dryer.
Level two has two bedrooms, one with a California King bed and Ocean view/balcony, and one with a queen sized bed, and a bathroom with Jacuzzi tub in-between the two bedrooms. Two of the three bedrooms have special double pained glass to facilitate peaceful sleeping. Comfortably sleeps six in conventional beds. A queen air mattress can be provided if you need an additional bed.
Level three has: 180 degree Ocean views out the many windows; the kitchen with granite counters tops, stainless appliances; an elegant terrazzo stone dining table, and six high-back chairs. The living room adjoins with a comfortable sofa/chaise lounge and chair. The third floor has a full bathroom/shower and beautiful patio with a bar/bar stools looking out to the Ocean, as well as a bar height table and chairs, a fire-pit and an assortment of plants.
The fourth floor is a stunning rooftop deck offering gorgeous Ocean views and serene sunsets. It has a BBQ grill, large sink/counter, fire-pit, bar height wicker table/stools, chaise lounge chairs and an assortment of plants.
I looked for a Tijuana house for years and never found a house I liked and that offered as much as this one. I wanted an Ocean front home, but found Rosarito too boring and distant from the US. This home sits in the "Playas de Tijuana", an upscale Mexican neighborhood, close to the U.S. border, with views of Downtown San Diego and the Coronado Bridge. When you turn your head the other way, you see the beautiful Mexican Coronado Islands. It takes approximately 15 minutes to reach the house from the San Ysidro U. S. Border crossing, via well maintained roads.
I liked this neighborhood because it has a real heartbeat! There are many coffee-shops and restaurants within easy walking distance, e.g. Cafe Aquamarino, Horno 320 and The Bike Cafe. This is a surfer's paradise and the City is constructing a new Lifeguard Facility which will be staffed 24 hours a day. The area is alive with beach-goers, people walking, or walking their dogs and bicyclists. The beachfront wooden walkway "the Malecon", with stage events is close-by. Sunday afternoons see the peak activity as many flock to the beach to absorb the sun and watch the sun set! You too will enjoy that daily phenomenon. Book your stay today!
Rates are set to make the unit affordable to different sized groups. The base rate covers the first two persons. Each additional person is $20 per person per night. No one other than the guests paying to stay at the house should be entering the house. Use of the house is limited to those paying to stay there.
