Welcome to Sea Escape! Wonderfully decorated and renovated. Third house from the beach. Very spacious. It's never looked this good!
You will love this newly renovated cottage, 'Sea Escape'. It is so close to the ocean, the beach will feel like it's in your front yard. The beach is only stone's throw from the front door. Once on the beach you will find a majestic, panoramic view of 9 islands (one with a lighthouse), Saco River inlet with a jetty to climb on and fish from, etc. If you have a boat, bring it!

Hill's Beach is very quiet and just far enough to get away from all the tourist beaches. For the most part, the only people who frequent this area of beach are those who live on the street, approximately 10 houses. So the large, sandy beach is almost all yours!
If you have kids (like our family), you will enjoy the peace of mind being on a side street with very little traffic and the large yard for the kids to run and play while they wait for the short walk to the beach.
It looks small from the outside, but it is over 1500 sq. feet. Completely furnished and renovated with washer/dryer. It is an all season 4 bedroom home, air conditioning and wood floors, fully applianced kitchen.
