It is a large house with 4 rooms that each come with its own bathroom, dressing room, and balcony. It is ideal for business trips, touristic travels, families (with children), large groups and pets, in a quiet environment located in a beautiful residential neighborhood and in one of the most exclusive areas of Mexico with 24 hour security vigilance.
The house was designed from start to finish to give all the guests the greatest comfort and tranquility necessary in order to have a most enjoyable trip; where the only concern is whether there will be a cloudy or sunny sunrise and not issues related with their accommodation.
In addition, I took the liberty of making a tour guide manual based on my experience and what I consider are the places you cannot miss, which will greatly help you to enjoy Mexico City fully upon your arrival.
There is a shopping mall 5 minutes away at a close walk from the property with a supermarket and some diverse stores inside.
The house is being monitored all day by a contracted company regardless of the fact that it is a calm and secure neighborhood, the property has an electrified fence and alarm for you and your family's safety.
The cleaning service is not directly included on your final budget and prices as we would like to give you as much comfort and privacy as you would like; however it can be requested with prior notice.
In general the property is in a very quiet residential neighborhood, whose advantage is that within a few minutes you will reach the meeting point of the whole surrounding area, where there is located a wide variety of establishments of all types: supermarkets, shopping centers, shops, cafes , restaurants, bookstores, cinemas, boutiques, nightclubs, etc. Everything you need is just 10 minutes away by car.
The house has two parking spaces inside and almost at the end of street there is a bus stop which will take you downtown.

Es una casa grande con 4 habitaciones que poseen baño completo propio, vestidor y balcón. Adaptada y equipada para su máxima comodidad y disfrute.
Perfecta para viajes de negocios, ocio, familiares (con niños), grupos grandes y mascotas; en un entorno tranquilo ubicado en una hermosa colonia residencial y en una de las zona más exclusivas de todo México con seguridad las 24 hrs.
La casa fue pensada desde ceros para brindarles a todos los visitantes la mayor comodidad, tranquilidad y confort que se requiere para tener un viaje sumamente placentero; en donde la única preocupación sea si habrá un amanecer nublado o soleado y no cuestiones referentes al alojamiento.
Aunado, me tomé la libertad de hacerles una pequeña guía de viajes resumida basándome en mi experiencia y lo que considero no pueden perderse, que les servirá de sobremanera para que disfruten plenamente la Ciudad de México a su llegada.
Hay un centro comercial a 5 minutos caminando de la propiedad con un supermercado y algunas tiendas diversas dentro.
La casa está siendo vigilada y monitoreada todo el día por una compañía contratada y aunque es una colonia bastante tranquila, la propiedad cuenta con una cerca electrificada y alarma para mayor seguridad suya y de su familia.
El servicio de limpieza con el fin de darle mayor privacidad no está incluido en la tarifa; no obstante puede ser solicitado con previo aviso.
En general es un barrio residencial muy tranquilo donde se localiza la propiedad, cuya ventaja tiene que a unos pocos minutos se llega al punto de encuentro de toda el área circundante, en donde se localiza una extensa variedad de establecimientos de todo tipo como: supermercados, centros comerciales, tiendas, cafeterías, restaurantes, librerías, cines, boutiques, centros nocturnos, etc. todo lo que puedas necesitar lo encontrarás a escasos 10 minutos en coche.
La casa cuenta con dos cajones de estacionamiento y al finalizar la calle hay una parada de autobuses con dirección al centro de la ciudad.
