This beautiful home sits lakefront on Sawmill Lake, which is the entryway to Grassy Creek, where you can take a kayak to also enjoy Lake Tippecanoe through a boat lock/lift. There are also three restaurants on the Barbee Chain, Lake Life, Danny's Pizza and the Barbee Hotel Restaurant. Within 20 minutes from the shops at Winona Lake - and close to the quaint town of North Webster and Syracuse, Indiana. Start enjoying lake life here with family and friends, making new memories!
