This cozy two story house has breathtaking views of the river. The 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living room and kitchen are all located on the first floor. The great room, laundry and 1/2 bath are downstairs. There is a basketball court on the property and if you love the water, you could spend the afternoon floating down the river.
We also have a on-site groundskeeper/tenant and we live just 10 minutes away, so we will be available to address any issues that may come up in a timely manner
This home enforces a - NO PETS/NO Parties policy - as much as we love our fur babies, we do not allow others. It is a working ranch so our dogs visit often and are not fond of 4 legged visitors :)
