The home features a 60-foot seawall to comfortably dock a large boat and is only one mile to Tavernier cut for ocean access. The boat ramp makes kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding easy, as well as the launching of jet skis. A tandem kayak is available on-premises for guest use.
