La casa es espaciosa, luminosa y muy acogedora, tiene una zona exterior muy bonita con piscina, muebles de terraza, dispone barbacoa, paelleras, zona de billar y futbolin.

El espacio
Saliendo de Villafranca, por un camino de regadío, llegaremos a sus sotos, donde disfrutaremos, de las bonitas vistas del Barranco de Peñalen, para luego acercarnos a la desembocadura del Arga en el Aragón, lugar aprovechado por los pescadores y donde anidan las cigüeñas.
Villafranca esta enclavado en plena Ribera de Navarra y se extiende a lo largo de la vega del rio Aragón. Es uno de los municipios congozantes de las Bardenas Reales de Navarra. Conserva un conjunto monumental de época barroca.
Villafranca es uno de los municipios por donde se lleva a cabo una de las etapas del camino de Veracruz.
Las piscinas municipales son muy bonitas, amplias zonas verdes y zonas de barbacoas, campo de fútbol frontón, etc... están a 5 minutos caminando. Solemos montar una piscina para uso propio.
