The Studio sits atop the main Casa Parota house on the third floor and shares an outside staircase, offering a large rooftop patio and beautiful jungle view of Yelapa Bay and the surrounding mountains. The apartment includes a comfortable Queen Bed with a mosquito net, built-in 4-burner cooktop stove, and a good supply of cooking and dining utensils, along with a small refrigerator. Filtered water is provided, as are bedding and towels. The bathroom includes a tiled walk-in shower. The windows and exterior doors are barred to offer security and comfort throughout your stay. 8 MBPS Yelapa Wifi service is provided. We do not recommend this unit for children. From the house you can walk to Isabel Beach in about 10-minutes; about the same to the main village, where grocery stores and several restaurants are located. The walk to the main Yelapa Beach requires about a 20 minute trek. There are 4-wheeler motorized taxis available to haul you from the village to the large beach or up to the Yelapa Waterfall.
