Summary: First of all I would like to say thank you to Avi, the owner. He stopped by a couple of times to drop off an inflatable bed and a fan. Very prompt and excellent communication. Highly appreciated. Honestly the big problem was parking. Very hard to find parking here. To be fair, we came back late 2 nights (around midnight) and there was absolutely no parking in any of the surrounding streets either. After 2 days of parking problems, we took Uber on the 3rd day. In this street there are families and they seemed friendly. House was clean and everything else was ok. Beds were comfortable, linens were clean and towels were clean. Wifi was fine. Again Avi was a great host! He dropped off a fan as it got hot and there is no fan or AC downstairs. I really appreciated his prompt help. No stores nearby and we had to drive a few blocks to get coffee in the morning. We didn’t try other public transport but PATH station is about 3.5 miles away. You will have to park or Uber there and go to the city if you want to avoid driving.
