The interior of this home welcomes you with soaring 10-foot ceilings, generously tall windows that flood the rooms with natural light, and an open staircase accentuated by the soft glow of an octagon window. It offers a spacious dining room, perfect for hosting gatherings with family and friends, a sunporch that beckons you to relax, and a cozy fireplace, creating the ideal ambiance for those chilly, snug nights.
The main floor hosts the living & dining rooms as well as the large open kitchen with useful island and bar stool seating. A Chef's delight to prepare delectable meals in the well-appointed space, complete with stainless steel appliances and a charming retro 1960s stove. You'll find all the appliances and kitchenware you need for a seamless cooking experience. Don't forget to indulge in a family pizza night using our outdoor pizza oven! (Please ensure you've read the house manual for stove and oven operation guidelines.)
The finished basement provides a fabulous family room complete with sectional, table & chairs for games or work, electric fireplace and large TV. There is also a toasty, hot shower thats been remodeled with subway tile and retro finishings. All the bedrooms and second bathroom are located up the stairs, tucked away from the main home.
Retreat to the spacious primary bedroom, which boasts a comfortable King bed, large window, closet, and dresser for your convenience.
The main bath upstairs boats bright light and ample storage. Enjoy a relaxing bath in the spacious and classic clawfoot tub.
A second bedroom offers another comfortable queen bed, a convenient sit/stand desk with available monitor to use for work from home comforts. It's been outfitted with a chair and reading lamp and the room contains a closet with dresser.
The third bedroom features a cozy twin daybed, four large windows for plenty of natural light, a tidy desk and chair, closet, and dresser.

To ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following rules for using our hot tub:
* Rinse Before Entering: Please take a quick shower before entering the bathtub. This will help keep the water clean and enjoyable for everyone.
* No Eating or Drinking in the Tub: For your safety and the cleanliness of the space, we request that you refrain from eating or drinking anything while using the tub.
The hot tub receives monthly professional servicing, and have access to the property to perform the necessary maintenance.

2 - Smoking tobacco or marijuana is strictly prohibited
3 - Events and/or parties are strictly prohibited and will result in additional fines and immediate eviction.
4 - Quiet hours are in effect from 10pm - 8am. Please also be mindful of the neighbors outside of these times.

5 - If using street parking, please consider the neighbors and park near the home, if possible.
6 - The number of guests on your reservation should reflect the number of guests staying in the home. Message us if this needs to be updated.
7 - Please do not have any mail or packages delivered to the home. Should you choose to have a package delivered anyway, Descansa Property Management is not responsible for lost or misplaced packages. We will not be available to help locate in the event of either.
8 - Spring through Fall is sugar ant season throughout the Pacific Northwest. Please store items accordingly and clean thoroughly after cooking and eating. Dispose of food waste promptly.
9 - Items left behind can be shipped to you at the cost of shipping + a $30 processing fee.
10 - Excess cleaning may result in an additional cleaning fee.
11 - Violation of house rules may result in eviction and/or monetary fine.
