Summary: At check-in I requested housekeeping. That's part of the fun of a trip - your bed is made, supplies replenished, etc. I had a tip laid out for them, but they didn't come. Front desk apologized profusely and promised they would be there the next day for sure. No show. Their communication among staff seems to be lacking. Disappointing. Also, furniture is so uncomfortable, we could not sit on it. I paid extra for a suite with the "living room furniture," because my husband is awake often during the night and appreciates a comfortable chair. Neither of us could sit for longer than 15 minutes in the armchair or the couch. We tried adding pillows and rolled up towels, but the furniture is downright painful. The beds are so high, it was truly difficult for us older folks to get into them. I'm sure it would have been humorous watching us struggle, but it wasn't humorous to us. A stepstool would have actually been a good idea. Bathtub very slippery. Elevators were downright scary - screeching and banging. The personnel at the front desk were very friendly and respectful. The breakfast was very nice. Typical free hotel breakfast, but the hot food was tasty, and everything was well-maintained. Pool was totally typical - fine, but nothing special. We did not cook an actual meal, but used the "kitchen" for snacks and warming leftovers. It seemed to be supplied with everything a small, temporary kitchen would need.

Summary: Very nice Hotel at the edge of Bellefontaine. Room was good size with mini fridge, microwave. Comfy bed cold A/C .Breakfasts were pretty good and there was a variety of options hot and cold. Nice Mexican restaurant within walking range that was very good as well. Would recommend and will for sure stay again when visiting the area

Summary: Rm 223 there was a annoying pump noise all night, The beds were very comfortable, shower nice and Hot Great water pressure, Room was nice and clean, The photos show that there is a table with 2 chairs to eat at. This room did not have that.( and it was one of the reasons I choose that room :( ) The breakfast was good and hot dinning area lg and clean. would defiantly stay again and refer friend BUT would check that photo represented room and ask about pump noise when at the end of the building.
