You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, Very quiet and peaceful but at the same time very close to downtown Traverse city. The Tart bike trail is across the drive. By bike on the paved bike trail Downtown is 4 miles, and to beautiful Suttons bay is 12 miles. Nice Creek in the back yard with a fire pit with free fire wood.
You will get the whole house to yourself as well as outdoor space.
