I am renting my very cute and updated 1,322 Sq.ft. 70s home. This home has been well cared for. I will be renting each room out of my 3 bed 2 bath house. This is for the master bedroom with attached master bathroom. It sits on a corner lot in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of street parking right in front of house.
Cute kitchen with white cabinets. This home gives off a 70s boho vibe.
Master suite has a beautiful accent wall and king size Bed, dresser and night stand included.
Kitchen will come mostly furnished with the basics for cooking and eating. Toaster and coffee pot. Assess to use of an inflatable paddle board and the best places to go in the summer
Large living room with a couch and tv.
Large patio deck and yard.
Some furnishings will be different as we are leaving some stuff and replacing with other furniture etc.

Western university of health science is less than a mile away, Lebanon hospital is less than a mile away, Albany hospital is 20 mins and Corvallis is 25mins away. Sam fit gym and downtown!

New roof,windows, heat pump and furnace.
Utilities included along with internet and lawn care.
