Summary: This is a lovely older home located in beautiful finger lakes wine country. We loved the yard landscaping, porches, hardwood floors, vineyard behind the house, and overall charm of the home. It was also thoughtfully well-stocked with necessary supplies for guests. The negatives were: the window AC unit downstairs did not keep up with the 90° heat we had, the bunk bed mattresses were thin and uncomfortable, there was no large skillet or pot for boiling pasta to accommodate cooking for our party of 4, and the main bathroom's location at the front door is very inconvenient for guests having to come downstairs overnight to use that restroom. So, our experience here was mixed, though we very much enjoyed visiting this region of the country.
