Summary: This is a nice three bedroom home for a longer stay. The small subdivision is occupied by a mixture of Mexican residents, expat residents and snowbirds. Taking our older pooch for walks introduced us to most of the residents who ended up befriending us. We went south to avoid another hard winter and were glad we did. The home is of straightforward finish as you can see from the pictures. If you have trouble with stairs this property will present a challenge. The owners are accommodating and the local house manager is ready to line you up with any help you might need. But the climate, the warm mornings on the lanai enjoying a leisurely coffee and the sunsets on the lanai enjoying an adult beverage will always be remembered.
