Welcome to the Circle City Charmer! Your home away from home in the heart of the city and close to everything Indy has to offer. Our home was built in 1880, and presents old world charm with fresh upgrades, modern finishes and traditional decor. The property includes access to a two car garage, private and fenced back yard with chairs, grill and fire pit. Enjoy your coffee or hot chocolate at our coffee bar and sit on the porch to enjoy! Our home is perfect for hanging out or a quiet place to relax after a busy day. Perfect for business professionals, families, attending sporting events, or a cozy night in. Walk to the new Bottleworks district & Mass Ave or Murat/Old National theaters and only one mile north of Monument Circle, IU Natatorium, Lucas Oil, Gainbridge and the convention center. Less than a mile to 8 downtown hospitals.
Guest access:
Make yourself at home! Enjoy this entire two story home and private parking in the two car garage and a private fenced back yard (unique in the city)! Within walking distance to many downtown corporate offices, many places to eat and all Indy has to offer.
While city life brings with it the usual commotion, we have taken steps to mitigate city noise. Please ask questions or check out our reviews if you have any questions!
Sleeping Arrangements: The home has two bedrooms, the master with a king bed and a single rollaway, and in bedroom two, a queen bed, We also have a queen air mattress, and the couch is also an option (while not a pull out). The home comfortably sleeps 5-6. The nightly rate includes up to 5 people. There is an additional guest charge of $35/per person per night.
Most downtown locations are a short walk, Uber, or scooter ride away!
Parking: Feel free to use our 2 car garage. The driveway can also accommodate an additional 2 spots. There is also street parking available.
PLEASE review all house rules and consider before booking. If you are unable to abide by these rules, unfortunately our home may not be a good fit. We will ask for your agreement and guest list prior to sending door codes.

~NO parties (this includes gatherings and additional unregistered guests).
~NO pets / animals (this does include ESA, sorry we have extreme allergies).
~Primary booking guest must be staying on property during the reservation and responsive to messages in case of emergency.
We have external cameras. Charges will incur for any damage to the home or property, additional cleaning needed, extra guests (more than 5), evidence of smoking in or on the property (of any kind) and bringing pets. Thank you for respecting our home as you would your own, we strive to make this a great place for all of our guests.
