Please Note: This is a residential home that is zoned R-1. Occupancy is restricted to no more than 4 unrelated family members. Situated directly on a tranquil canal, this property grants immediate access to the Assawoman bay. Enjoy stunning sunsets, and the convenience of a deep water boat slip where you can dock your boat, offering you boating and fishing adventures right from your doorstep. There is a boat ramp just two blocks away, for your convenience. Spend your mornings or afternoons enjoying spectacular bay views from your large enclosed patio, flooded with natural light. Inside is plenty of room for your extended family with 4 bedrooms, 2 and one half baths and a den. The main bedroom has a King bed, as well as a King in the second bedroom. Bedroom three has a Queen bed, and bedroom 4 has two twin beds, plus a single bunk bed. Total occupancy is 10. The kitchen is well-appointed and modern, with stainless appliances, and everything you need whether you are preparing a quick breakfast or a sumptuous dinner for your family. Multiple living areas and dining options are throughout the home. There is cable TV and WiFi in the home, a full size, front-load washer and dryer, an attached garage and driveway for parking, 4 bicycles and a gas grill for guest use. Due to zoning requirements, guest must, prior to occupancy, certify that no more than 4 persons unrelated family members will be occupying the home during the lodging period and identify all occupants by name, age and relationship. This property rents Saturday to Saturday only in-season and a minimum of 5 nights in the off-season.
