Summary: Karen was amazing - we traveled to Scottsdale for my bachelorette and she was great with early check-in and check out flexibility. She even went above and beyond and provided cute bachelorette pool toys. She was very responsive - the house was adorable, very clean, pool was excellent. It was absolutely amazing and I would highly highly highly recommend!
