5 Bedroom House in Cape Porpoise, Kennebunkport
23 Ward is located in the fishing village of Cape Porpoise, in the heart of Kennebunkport. We are located within walking distance of a Fish Market, Grocery Store, Gift Store, Gourmet Food Shop, Restaurants and Galleries. We are an 8 minute drive to the beach or a nice 20 minute bike ride.

The house is two-stories with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths on the second floor and 1 bedroom and 1 bath on the first floor. There are hard wood floors throughout and two entrances; one in the front and one in the back. AC in the summer and a gas fireplace for the winter. There is a casual dining table and counter seating off-the kitchen and a more formal dining room that can seat up to 14 people.
The backyard offers a great place for the family and/or kids to relax with a deck, seating, gas fire grill and fire pit. All of our neighbours spray (safely) for Mosquitos, so it's one of the few yards in Cape Porpoise that you can enjoy in the summer evenings.
It is also adjacent to our sister & brother in law's home (also for rent on VRBO #698058), but has frontage on Ward Road which is an extremely quiet street. If you found a rare weekend when both houses were available, you could have quite a compound!
We request stays of no less than one week. We will consider long-term a rental.
