Summary: Been a couple of years since I've visited, the hotel (building) is still quite gorgeous. However beds wwre subpar. Broken matresses that sank on the side from years of usage. Food was unfortunately as bad as it gets. Bad taste, cheap products (frozen hamburger pattys on the pool menu), and somehow they managed to burn both the burgers and pizzas. Restaurant food was a bit better but can't really say good things either. Chilaquiles had sour and unsalted sauce and the chips were cut in huge pieces making them quite uncomfortable to eat. Had the same egg dish on separate ocassions and each time the taste was different. And even worse when you realize how mich they are charging for such bad meals. Pool towels were beaten up with threads coming apart and stained with grease. Desperately needs some TLC
