Positive: Where do I start? The space was super cute and very clean with plenty of room for us all to spread out and be comfortable. The host was very responsive and also very accommodating. My request to book was a bit last-minute, but that was not a problem. Plus (huge plus, actually) I was offered a nice discount since it was not booked, which is one of the reasons I gave "Value" a perfect score. It was also very convenient that there is a 2-car garage available since we were driving and are not familiar with parking options in the area. If I ever need a place to stay in Chicago/Wrigleyville again, especially if it's a for a Cubs game (the space is literally steps away from Wrigley Field), I will definitely be reaching out to this host. Thanks for the top-tier hospitality!!

Negative: I was a little disappointed that it was too chilly outside for us to spend time outside and take advantage of the really cool deck in the backyard, but that is Mother Nature's fault, not the hosts. But maybe next time!

Summary: This place is a Perfect 10 all the way around!
