located at LOMAS DEL SOL condominiums in the heart of the hotel zone of nuevo vallarta. fifteen minutes from the airport, five to ten minutes from blue flag certified beaches, restaurants, shopping centers, movie theaters, Walmart. etc. and various golf courses. our condo is in a quiet gated community with two large swimming pools, and 24 hour security. this fully furnished turn key condo has three bedrooms, with a queen size sofa bed in the living room, two and a half baths, complete kitchen, living and dining rooms. there is a covered patio in the back with full washer and dryer. in front there is an open patio and two car ports. the condo is fully air conditioned. Our cancellation policy is strict, however if you absolutely need to cancel, and it is within a time frame where we and can find new renters, we will send you a refund.
