Summary: My family and I stay at Hampton Inn locations, from state to state. We enjoy the consistency between locations. Our room itself was comfortable. However, we chose this location, for proximity to where we were going (there were 2 other Hampton Inn locations in the area as well), with the main reason for us choosing this location being price point AND they have an indoor pool. We checked in Friday, late afternoon, and went for dinner, then made it to the pool for a little under an hour, as it remains open until 10pm. The pool and surrounding area, is not well maintained. The ground was dirty, and there were 2 different groups of people eating in there, while signs clearly say no food allowed. Also, there were no towels. I had to go to the desk to request them, which apparently another guest had already requested 15 minutes prior to me. Fast forward to Saturday morning. My family and I ate breakfast at 7am, hoping to get to the pool early afterward. As we got to the elevator, next to the pool, there was a handwritten sign saying the pool wouldn't be open until 12 noon (normally open 6am). We patiently went back to our room to relax. We came back at 12:05, to find another sign, now pushing to pool opening until 3pm. At that point, we got dressed and went out, as we had other plans. So the MAIN reason we booked this location, was taken away from us, without reason. I received a text from Hampton Inn asking how the stay was, and I complained about the pool, but never heard back.

Summary: The weekend breakfast great. The weekday was less food due to number or occupancy. Felt short changed, why not offer same breakfast just don’t cook so much not alleviate a breakfast meat because it’s during the week. I thought the pillows were stained and sweaty. After further investigation. It was just yellow pillow coverings that made the whole pillow, looked dingy through the white pillow cases. I just felt if you come during the week you get short changed in service and price and when I asked if there was a waters when I checked in, they said oh you’re not a diamond member.
