In an amazing place with lots of privacy and tranquility, far from the noise and crowds offering complete relaxation.
The property consists of two separate buildings, the main house is 190 m2 and the pool guest house 40 m2. When you enter into the sizeable house, you find yourself directly in an open and charming hall, the whole house has rustic original stone walls and wooden beams. On the same floor are the living and dining areas, equipped with a fireplace, a well equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds and bathroom on suite.
The pool house of 40 m2 is separated from the main house by the lawn and pool area and is surrounded by trees and nature, which again gives the guests an extra privacy .It has an open living area with wood stove, a bathroom with shower and double bedroom upstairs.
The house has air conditioning, heating available at an extra cost and wifi.
Across the lawn from the main house is the beautiful private swimming pool offering an ideal place to relax in the sun ( this can be fenched for children on request) and is surrounded by a paved terrace with sunloungers,
The charming covered porch to the side of the main house offers a barbecue area equipped with a wooden burning BBQ, gas rings and sink. Also a seating area with chairs and table.
This finca although totally private is built on a terrain with two other properties Can Mir and Rafal Antic, which can be rented, ideal for large groups or families who wish to pass there vacations together but with each family retaining their privacy.
Included in the price: Bed linen, towels for the house, tea towels, for stays longer than one week change of towels/bed linen and complete cleaning. Pool towels. Electricity and water. Not included in the price: Heating (gasoil) extra cost according to consumption. The eco tax .
A deposit is required and will be returned at the end of te stay if guests have removed and recycled the garbage according to new regulations.
