It is situated on a hill near Calonge and in about 6 km distance to Cala d'Or, with marvellous vies over the eastern coastline.
This old farmhouse has been beautifully reformed. Respecting the formerly style it now provides all the comfort of today’s daily life. There are two double-bedrooms, each one with its own bathroom, a very well equipped kitchen with a nice stove, a spacious dining- and living area with a big wooden dining-table and cosy sofas to look television. All over, you can find unique pieces of antique furniture, restored by the owner himself.In the summer months, air conditioning is included in the rental price with a fixed schedule (22:00 - 06:00). In the winter months, the air conditioning can be used for heating all day and night at no extra charge.
Next to the house there is a big covered terrace with a barbecue. Also you find an infinity-pool and a nice garden area with lawn and palm trees.
The house is situated very peacefully, outside the village. But in a few minutes drive you reach Calonge and some of the most famous beaches of Majorca.
