Cancellation policy: 72h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation you will be charged the full price of your stay.
No Shows policy: In case of a No Show you will be charged the full price of your stay.
Non-Refundable bookings will be charged after the reservation is made. You must pay this booking completely, even if you cancel or modify it.
Credit Card Payments: To keep prices low, all bed rates are quoted here for cash payments. If you wish to pay by card, there is an additional 4% charge to cover the service costs.

Payment upon arrival by cash, credit cards, debit cards. This property may pre-authorise your card before arrival, or, in the case of Non-Refundable bookings, charge the full cost of the booking. If your credit card is does not work, we will ask you to provide a new number within 24-hours. If you do not and your credit card still fails, you agree to us cancelling your booking and to your commission payment not being refundable. You will still be obligated to pay the non-refundable booking cost.
An additional 80 MXN can be added at check-in for Breakfast.
