Located in a quiet community, our in-law apartment suite has been fully renovated, welcoming you in a French stylized cottage. We live on the main floor but made sure to fully sound proof and insulate the cottage's ceiling, in addition to creating a separate entrance and patio, providing privacy and comfort. Only 5 minutes to Stone Mountain Village and Stone Mountain Park, 30 minutes from the airport and downtown Atlanta, this location is both tranquil and convenient.

- To access the suite, you will need to walk around an outdoor deck (see photos). This may be cumbersome for people with heavy bags. Please ensure this listing will fit your needs before booking.
- Please ensure all guests are accounted for within your reservation. We DO NOT allow anyone that is not accounted for onto the property, even if they do not plan to stay the night. Unannounced guests will result in a $100 per guest, per night, charge to your account AND you will need to vacate immediately.
- The lake is open for swimming, fishing (no fishing from the sandy beach allowed), and boating (no motorized boats allowed). There are walking trails and a beach, great for lounging and enjoying nature.
- The home is situated in a wooded area in Georgia. We can not guarantee you will not see gnats, cockroaches, or other bugs. We've put diatomaceous earth around the edges of the floors and walls which is non-toxic to humans or pets but is detrimental to bugs. If you are sensitive to insects, this listing may not be the best match.
