Dock is approximately 400 ft from house with an electric golf cart provided for transportation . Also, 6.3 miles to Royal Blue Riding trails . House includes full kitchen, washer/dryer, two full baths. All bedrooms includes flat screen tv’s with wifi. Two close marina’s have live music on the weekends during the summer months. Public boat launch 2 miles from house . We provide a golf cart to be used only by someone the age of 18 or over.
