The 400 sf deck has outdoor table & chairs, gas grill, plus a picnic table on the yard. Gas fireplace, ceiling fans, new kitchen appliances. River rafting, famous hot springs, skiing, golfing, rec center w pool & gym nearby.

Awesome views from this simple, open layout house - you can see the lake & Rockies while cooking or soaking in the hot tub.
The interior space, with full-sized living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and an office, does not have a separate dining room, so there is only sit-down eating space indoors for up to 4 people. During months warm enough to eat outside, there is additional eating space on the deck and picnic table.
This a a humble space, decorated in French cottage style -- quite comfortable but not ultra-modern or luxurious. Renovations are ongoing intermittently, and it is not suitable for young children under 12.
NOTE: Since the pandemic, there is a limit of four guests, and an extra charge for using more than two beds or hosting more than two guests.
Guest access
You have full access to the house, enough garage space for 1 car, yard, hot tub, boat dock, and the PLPOA Community Center with big pool & workout equipment & racquet sports. The house is restricted to 4 people at a time, and you must contact me before you plan to invite any additional guests for a meal or socializing.
Other things to note
There are ceiling fans in every room, curtains or blinds on all windows, good heating and limited air conditioning. Plenty of linens, dishes, silverware, glassware, gas grill, TV and WiFi. Please use plastic glasses outside the house. Removal of shoes before entering is a must. No smoking, of course.
