All new beautiful wood-like tile flooring has been installed throughout the house, the kitchen has been upgraded with new appliances, and features granite counter tops as well as an electric cook top. This home is fully stocked including, linens, cookware, glassware (including wine glasses) tableware, Keurig/drip coffee maker, blender, and enough of the staples to get you started. There is a 75" HDTV and large leather sectional sofa with built in recliners in the living room, and dining for 6 just off the kitchen.
