1/2 Mile stroll to downtown & beaches (no need to pay $30 for public parking!)
East of Route 1 means no crossing congested streets!
Just north of the center of Ogunquit allows quick access to numerous restaurants in Wells as well (you won’t need to drive thru downtown Ogunquit traffic once you arrive).
Trolley stop 500 feet down the street will take you throughout Ogunquit (seasonal)

House is located in a residential neighborhood. It is well suited for guests looking for a quiet getaway vacation. House is NOT suitable for parties and therefore parties are strictly prohibited. We ask that guests respect neighbors with 9:00pm quite hours outdoors. Guests who ultimately disturb neighbors will be subject to immediate eviction without refund.
All new furniture with hotel linens - we understand what today’s travelers want in a house, so no need to be nervous, all our furniture will be brand new and mattresses encased for allergy-free sleeping! All rugs have been removed and modern floors installed to allow for a clean feel.
Each bedroom has a king bed, great retreat for couples or beds large enough to double up kids. There’s also 2 memory foam queen sofa’s and a nook in the loft with a twin for kids.
All 2 1/2 bathrooms completely updated and renovated for a more modern look.
2 new flat screen TV’s. One 65" in the main living room and a separate 55" one in the upstairs loft with a PS4 so the kids can enjoy their own fun.
Parking for 4 vehicles maximum. Parking on the street is prohibited by the Town of Ogunquit.
